**Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Specialization or additional certification in pediatric physiotherapy is preferred
- **Experience**: Bachelors with 2 years of work experience will be preferred and Masters with no Experience is preferred. Previous experience working with pediatric patients in a clinical setting is preferred. Familiarity with a range of pediatric conditions (e.g., developmental delays, neurological disorders)
- **Skills and Competencies**: Strong assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Strong organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and treatment techniques specific to pediatric patients.
- **Working Conditions **:Ability to work in a clinical environment with exposure to children of various ages and conditions. May require occasional evening or weekend hours based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Assessment and Diagnosis**: Analyze patients' medical histories and make informed decisions regarding treatment plans.
- **Treatment Planning**:Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, patient needs, and goals.
- **Therapeutic Interventions**:Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and balance. Utilize a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment plans, and home exercise programs.
- **Progress Monitoring**:Regularly monitor and document patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- **Professional Development**:Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in pediatric physiotherapy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
