**Job Summary**:
As a Digital Marketing Education Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding and advising individuals on digital marketing education and career paths. You will be responsible for providing information about digital marketing courses, career opportunities, industry trends, and educational pathways to help individuals make informed decisions about their digital marketing career journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their educational and career goals related to digital marketing.
- Provide detailed information about digital marketing courses, curriculum, certification programs, and educational institutions.
- Assist students in choosing the right course or program based on their interests, background, and career aspirations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in digital marketing tools, and job market requirements to provide relevant guidance.
- Collaborate with educational institutions and training providers to organize workshops, webinars, and informational sessions for students.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and questions from students regarding course content, admissions process, financial aid, and career outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and enrollment data.
- Follow up with students to track their progress, provide support, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Participate in marketing activities such as promoting courses, attending career fairs, and networking events to attract prospective students.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, case studies, success stories, and testimonials highlighting the benefits of digital marketing education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in roles such as digital marketing specialist, strategist, or consultant.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, platforms, and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Customer-oriented approach with a passion for helping individuals achieve their educational and career goals.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in counseling, advising, or mentoring students is a plus.
- Familiarity with educational counseling techniques, career development resources, and student support services.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, productivity tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and staying abreast of industry changes and best practices.
