Profile: FIT Operation Executive

**Salary**: 20000 - 30000 (As per Industry Standards)

Location : Dwarka Sec 19, New Delhi

Time: 10 AM to 6 PM

**Responsibilities**:
Manage travel arrangements for travelers, ensuring seamless experiences

Coordinate bookings with hotels, transportation providers, and activity organizers

Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance with travel plans

Address and resolve any issues or complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction

Stay informed about industry trends and updates to offer informed recommendations to clients

Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and enhance service quality

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field

Previous experience in travel operations, particularly with FIT client

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

Adaptability to dynamic work environments and changing priorities

Fluency in additional languages is advantageous

Knowledge in Amadeus

Knowledge in Galelio

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
