**Job Title: Home WiFi Sales Executive**

**Department**: Sales - Broadband/WiFi Services
**Location**: [Coimbatore, Erode, Tripur]
**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Area Sales Lead

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and qualify leads through door-to-door visits, field marketing, referrals, or cold calling
- Promote home WiFi packages and explain features, speed, pricing, and benefits
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans
- Ensure timely follow-ups and close sales effectively
- Coordinate with installation and backend teams for service activation
- Maintain records of calls, visits, and customer interactions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about competitors’ offerings and market trends

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Minimum 10+2; a graduate is preferred
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in broadband, DTH, telecom, or field sales (freshers can apply)
- **Language**: Fluency in the local language; Hindi/English is an advantage
- **Other**: Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred for field roles

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of WiFi/internet services
- Goal-oriented with a persuasive approach
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and in a team

**Compensation & Benefits**:
