**Roles and Responsibilities**

Location Pune

MS Dynamics Business Central / Navision - FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT (C1 Level) 6 -8 Year experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Technical design, development and testing of core Dynamics 365 Business Central Apps
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand the technical requirements and scope out modifications and custom development
- Create Functional Requirement Documents / Test Cases / User Manuals
- Guide the Team on Configurations and Create Set ups in Business Central
- Would be involved to document Fit-Gap requirements, estimate levels of effort, prioritize based on priority and complexity
- Would be required to Give Demo's of the Vanilla Base version on Business Central and additional Features Built
- Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels within the organization
- Conduct effective Client communication & Drive Quality Assurance delivery

- 3+ years of experience Navision Functional Experience handling Finance Module
- Core Areas of Knowledge in - Payments (SEPA) / IFRS reporting / Consolidation/ International VAT / Dimensions / Intercompany mappings / Business Central Workflows.
- Agile / Devops ways of working is preferred
- Ability to make recommendations for, and potentially implement, other modules and 3rd party add-ons
- Good English communication skills is MUST
- Excellent Communication, Collaboration and Interactive Team Management skills
- Polished, Professional, and Confident Presentation and Public Speaking skills
- 5-6 Years of Dynamics NAV Functional experience with knowledge in Finance Modules
- Min One year of D365 Business Central - Functional Finance CONSULTANT (C1 Level). Certified Professional preferred or Completed 1 End to End implementation of Business Central Finance Module
- NAV to Business Central Upgrade Experience required
- Azure, power platform experience preferred
- Experienced in change management and working with developers on FDDs for custom code in Finance modules
- Experience in Agile Tools - Jira / Service now would be preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps and Power Automate are preferred
- Experience in Upgrade Projects is preferred ( NAV 2016/ NAV 2018/ Business Central)
