**Purchasing & Planning Executive -BioProcess/** **Laboratory Div. (Onsite)**
- Foxx Life Sciences is a world leader in custom single-use systems (SUS) including tubing, bag, bottle, flask and carboy assemblies, filtration, fluid management, laboratory safety products, and glassware for the research, biotech, and pharmaceutical industries._

Foxx currently looking for Global Senior Purchasing and Planning Executive.

The position will be mostly Work from Home for Purchasing and Planning activity of USA/India Operations and visit the Hyderabad office as per the requirement.

**Reports to**: Sr. Purchasing/Planning Manager
- USA/India

**Position Summary**:
Assist to USA/India Purchasing/Planning Group, in procurement of Laboratory/Bioprocess division components like Plastic, Rubber, Tubing, Laboratory Plasticware & Glassware, procurement, and planning activities for manufacturing/distribution.

Executive will be responsible for verifying purchase requisitions, scheduling deliveries, preparing purchase orders, monitoring, and expediting orders, verifying receipt of items, authorizing vendor payments & planning work orders for the production.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives.
- Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery.
- Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
- Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders.
- Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
- Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation.
- Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents, maintaining organizational quality standards.
- Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Accomplishes purchasing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- planning work orders for the production with the help of stores.
- Ability to work with vendor/freight forwarder for Import and Export of material with proper documentation.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Able to Maintain excellent relationship with vendors and supply chain partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- Proficient with use of ERP System use.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Ability to follow protocols, procedures, and reports
- Ability to be cross trained in other areas
- Available for occasional travel.

**Education and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Plastics/Mechanical/Production/ engineering
- Minimum 4 + years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Preferred to have experience in procurement of component in Pharma/Life Science industry.

Pay: ₹340,762.37 - ₹450,000.00 per year
