**Job Location**: Garh Mukteshwar, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Manage logistics and budgets
- Supervise daily admiistrative operations
- Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives
- Present data from hospital performance to board members
- Research new resources and techniques to improve operational procedures
- Resolve potential issues with patients
- Review and implement hospital policies
- Provide guidance and counseling to staff
- Handle emergencies and hospital crises
- Organize school events and assemblies
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients (e.g. implementing hygiene rules)
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations

**Desired Candidature**:

- Must have similar experience
- Age group 30 - 45 Years
- Good Communication Skills
- Computer Savvy
- Excellent Management Skills

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Meerut, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing/ Paramedical College: 10 years (preferred)
- Total Work: 10 years (preferred)
- Medical Superintendent: 10 years (preferred)
