**Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician**

Proven experience as maintenance technician
Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
Conduct maintenance of electrical systems
Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
Survey buildings and repair electrical systems to ensure they are consistent
Support the setup of electrical, plumbing, building maintenance and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
Aid in budget development and ensure it is followed
Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
Inspect alarm systems, fire protection and quickly schedule repairs when needed
Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime

**Qualifications for Maintenance Technician**

Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician
Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, repair circuit breaker panels, heat blowers, and other small hand tools
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

**Qualification: Diploma**

**Experiance: 2-5 years**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
