**Responsibilities**:
**General Administrative Support**:Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

**Scheduling and Coordination**:Manage calendars and schedules for team members, ensuring efficient use of time.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.

Maintain effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

**Documentation and Record-Keeping**:Organize and maintain accurate records, documents, and files.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

**Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and other external contacts.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant administrative certifications are a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative independently.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
