**Job Description**:

- Deliver the training programs to address the specific requirements and objectives of clients.
- Deliver high-quality training sessions virtually mediums / online medium
- Utilize effective instructional techniques and interactive activities to enhance participant learning and engagement.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to participants to facilitate skill and knowledge retention.
- Collaborate with the inhouse HR Team to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new training methodologies to ensure the delivery of relevant and impactful training solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Flexibility to adapt training content and delivery methods based on client preferences and learning objectives.
- Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in a freelance capacity.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in training, coaching, or adult education are a plus.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
