**We have worked on Detailed Engineering Design for Infrastructure Utilities Services in Activation Area Dholera Special Investment Region. Scope included Design of Integrated Infrastructure Design (Potable & Recycled WS, UGS, Industrial Effluent, SWD, Electric Lines and Roads), as well as Technical Advice during execution.**:
**Main duties**:
Inviting applicants for following two openings for upcoming Water Supply project in North India.

1. Water Supply and NRW Expert (International):

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Public Health Services (Water/Wastewater/Drainage, etc.), including minimum 5 years’ providing operation technical assistance to water utilities.
- Minimum qualification of Graduation in Engineering or Equivalent.
- Substantial experience in rehabilitation projects.
- Substantial experience in working outside India + regional experience (Punjab/Haryana)
- Significant experience in Operation of Public Health Services (Water/Wastewater/Drainage, etc.

2. Change Management Expert (International):

- 15 years’ experience, including 7 years’ experience in organization change management roles with public utilities.
- Minimum qualification of graduate in Engineering with MBA/master’s in management in HR/Organizational management/or Equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Substantial experience in working with public utilities / government authorities, engaged with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Substantial experience in working outside India + regional experience (Punjab/Haryana)
- Significant experience in water supply sector will be appreciated.
- Experience in Indian context is critical.
