- Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
- Follow up with customers on payment commitments.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams.
- Adhere to legal debt collection regulations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous debt collection or customer service experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in collection software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of debt collection laws.
- Results-driven and resilient attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
