**Job Summary**:
The Hostel Warden cum Security is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of female employees residing in the hostel. The role involves monitoring hostel occupants, maintaining records, addressing grievances, and ensuring hygiene and discipline. Additionally, the role extends to conducting security checks, overseeing extended work hours, and responding to emergencies, thereby maintaining a safe environment for female employees within the workplace.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Hostel Management & Supervision:

- Maintain records of hostel occupants, room allocations, and current strength details.
- Ensure hostel hygiene, cleanliness, and adherence to discipline among female employees.
- Conduct regular room inspections to check hygiene standards, food waste management, and safety compliance.
- Attend and address grievances of hostel occupants in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor the health conditions of hostel residents and facilitate medical assistance when required.
- Escort female employees to hospitals in case of health emergencies.

Security & Safety:

- Conduct frisking of female employees as per company policies while leaving the workplace.
- Perform security checks and monitor female employees working during extended hours.
- Conduct factory premises visits during overtime/extended working hours to ensure security compliance.
- Ensure the safety and security of female employees in designated departments.
- Provide first-aid treatment when necessary and initiate emergency responses.
- Implement safety procedures and report any security concerns or incidents.

Counselling & Support:

- Offer guidance and emotional support to female employees to maintain their well-being.
- Promote a supportive and secure environment within the hostel and workplace.
- Educate hostel residents about safety protocols, hygiene practices, and company policies.
- Mediate conflicts and maintain a harmonious living atmosphere in the hostel.

**Key functional Responsibilities (KPI’s)**:

- Hostel Supervision: Ensure 100% compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
- Security Compliance: Conduct systematic frisking checks and security monitoring.
- Hygiene & Discipline: Perform daily room inspections and address hygiene concerns.
- Emergency Handling: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and ensure hospital assistance.
- Grievance Handling: Resolve hostel-related grievances effectively within defined timelines.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle grievances with sensitivity and professionalism. Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance measures. Conflict resolution and counselling skills.
- Ability to manage hostel administration efficiently. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

**Educational Qualification & Experience required**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in hostel management, security supervision, or related fields.
- Prior experience in handling female workforce-related safety and security is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
