**Job Title: Accounts Executive**
**Department**: Finance
**Reports To**: Finance Manager / Senior Accountant

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**:

- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all invoices are reconciled and tracked against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate records.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system.
- **Tax and Compliance**:

- Assist in the preparation of VAT/GST filings and other statutory tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Support in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor actual financial performance against the budget and report any variances.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Provide analysis of financial data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and other ad hoc financial analysis.
- **Internal Controls**:

- Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
- **General Office Support**:

- Handle inquiries related to financial transactions and assist other departments with accounting-related matters.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial records.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., tally ERP, busy).
- Excellent Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,655.66 - ₹32,464.12 per month
