**Job Title: Delivery Executive**

**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Route Planning**:
Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency and timely deliveries.

Utilize GPS and route optimization tools to enhance delivery processes.

**Delivery Coordination**:
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Communicate effectively with drivers and provide necessary instructions.

**Timely Deliveries**:
Ensure on-time delivery of products or services to customers.

Monitor and track delivery schedules to meet deadlines.

**Customer Interaction**:
Interact with customers professionally and address any delivery-related concerns.

Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Vehicle Maintenance**:
Oversee the maintenance of delivery vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition.

Report any issues or malfunctions promptly.

**Documentation**:
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery and any customer feedback.

Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to deliveries.

**Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries.

Adhere to company policies and procedures related to delivery operations.

**Problem Resolution**:
Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the delivery process.

Escalate complex problems to the relevant teams for resolution.

**Continuous Improvement**:
Suggest and implement improvements to the delivery process for increased efficiency.

Provide feedback on customer preferences and delivery challenges.

**Qualifications**:
Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Physical Requirements**:
Ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes and weights.

Comfortable working in different weather conditions.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
