Showroom Supervisor

**Showroom Cleanliness and Maintenance**
- **Hygiene Standards**: Ensure that the showroom is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- **Facility Maintenance**: Oversee maintenance of showroom equipment and furniture, ensuring everything is in working order.

**Health and Safety Oversight**
- **Compliance with Safety Standards**: Ensure the showroom adheres to health and safety standards, including emergency procedures and first aid.

**Showroom Maintenance: AC, Furniture, & Equipment**
- **AC Monitoring**:

- **Temperature Control**: Ensure that the AC is functioning properly and set to a comfortable temperature, especially if you have high-end products sensitive to heat or humidity.
- **Filter Changes & Regular Servicing**: Oversee regular servicing of the AC system, such as filter changes and cleaning to maintain air quality. You might need to coordinate with facilities or maintenance contractors for scheduled checks.
- **Emergency Repair Handling**: Be on top of any malfunctions. If the AC breaks down, you may need to coordinate a quick repair to avoid customer discomfort.
- **Furniture Inspection**:

- **Condition Check**: Regularly inspect the showroom’s furniture (seating, display tables, counters, etc.) for any wear, damage, or signs of disrepair. Report any issues that need fixing (e.g., wobbly chairs, cracked tables) and arrange for repairs or replacement.
- **Cleaning & Maintenance**: Ensure that furniture is well-maintained and cleaned regularly. Any upholstery should be checked for stains or wear and cleaned appropriately to keep the showroom looking neat and professional.
- **General Showroom Equipment**:

- **Lighting**: Ensure that the showroom's lighting is functioning properly and provides the right ambiance for the products. Replace any burnt-out bulbs or malfunctioning lights.
- **Display Fixtures**: Make sure display units, shelves, and racks are secure and in good condition. If any of the displays are damaged or need reorganization, arrange for maintenance or rearrange the items.
- **Safety & Functionality Checks**:

- **Emergency Equipment**: Ensure fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, and other emergency equipment are easily accessible and in working order.
- **Signage & Security Systems**: Double-check that signage (e.g., exit signs) is visible and that any security alarms or surveillance systems are operational.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
