**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling calls to assist customers or clients.
- Operating computer systems to input and manage data.
- Managing databases and maintaining accurate records.
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing information regarding services/products.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th/Graduate with a **Diploma in Computers**.
- Preferably more than **5 years of experience** in a similar role.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Internet/MS Office.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary Range**:

- ₹8,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
