IT Technician

responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation tasks to ensure optimal system functionality and user support across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, cameras and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
- Repair or replace equipment as necessary.
- Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, procedures, and service logs.
- Provide technical support for internal projects and ensure security and backup procedures are maintained.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and procurement needs.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹37,075.46 per month
