**CDP - Continental, South Indian,4 Star Hotel, Kochi**

Job Summary: As a Chef de Partie (CDP) at our 4-Star Hotel, he will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meet the high standards of our establishment. He will work under the guidance of the Head Chef and assist in the daily operation of the kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes within your section, ensuring the quality, taste, and presentation meet the hotel's standards

**Qualifications**:
Culinary Degree or equivalent culinary certification.

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a reputable kitchen, preferably in a 4-star or higher rated hotel.

Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and kitchen equipment.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Creative and innovative approach to cooking and menu development.

Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment, including weekends and holidays.

** salary range - Rs. 28,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- Plus Food and Accomodation
