Job Title: Sales Assistant
**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and refer potential clients to our sales representatives. This is a commission-based position, and your earnings will be directly tied to the successful closure of deals by our sales team. If a client you bring in closes a deal with our team, you will receive a commission ranging from 2,000 INR to 6,000 INR. As an example, if you bring in 20 clients and our team successfully closes 10 of them, your earnings could range from 20,000 INR TO 60,000 INR.
**Responsibilities**:
Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, trade shows, and referrals.
Qualify leads by conducting initial assessments and gathering relevant information to determine their potential as customers.
Refer qualified leads to our sales representatives and provide them with necessary background information to facilitate the sales process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, including contact details, communication history, and referral details.
Collaborate with the sales team, providing them with regular updates on referred leads and assisting in the follow-up process.
Support the sales team in building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients.
Stay informed about our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate with potential clients.
Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role, with a track record of success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage potential clients both online and offline.
Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Adaptability to different communication methods and channels, including online platforms and face-to-face interactions.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track leads, as well as other sales tools and platforms.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position. Your earnings will be directly tied to the successful closure of deals by our sales team. If a client you refer closes a deal with our team, you will receive a commission ranging from 2,000 INR to 6,000 INR, depending on the value of the closed deal. As an example, if you bring in 20 clients and our team successfully closes 10 of them, your earnings could range from 20,000 to 60,000 INR. The commission structure and payout details will be discussed during the interview process.
