Job Description:
Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading HR Consultancy Firm.

Our client a leading medical billing services Provider Company having their Head Quarters in the US and Indian office located at S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad.

Position: Patient Communication Specialists

Location: Ahmadabad.

Qualification: Graduate/ Under-graduate who are career-oriented

Experience: Freshers or 1-5 years of customer service experience

Office time: Night Shift (6:00 PM TO 3:00 AM)

Gender - Any

Salary - upto 40k

Working days: Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume calls from patients and Providers' office.
- Make outbound calls to referring doctors, patients, and insurance companies to get updated insurance or demographic information on patient accounts
- Communicate effectively with various departments within Revenue Cycle Management
- Research explanation of benefits (EOBs) and/or denials in the system to assist patients and explain balances
- Update billing system with updated patient demographic information

Education & experience
- Graduate/ Under-graduate who are career-oriented
- Freshers or 1-5 years of customer service experience
- US/ UK Call centre/ BPO experience preferred

Knowledge, skills, & abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms
- Ability to learn Revenue Cycle Management workflows related to patient communication
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns
- Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience

Eligibility:

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Fresher / 1-5 yrs of experience in International KPO / BPO

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
