**Vadodara's Leading Overseas Educational Consultants is hiring for**

**> Student Visa Counselor & Processing Executive**

**Min 1-3 yrs of relevant industry experience required**
**Bachelor’s degree in education or related field**
**Minimum 1-3 years' experience in the overseas education field (Student Visa Knowledge for USA, UK and/or Canada)**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as Country, Course, Universities, Program selection, and career planning and be accountable for students' admission and visa process.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for managing and growing the branch's business.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensure the highest quality of client service is maintained, and be accountable for the client's experience.
- Monitor and track performance against goals and objectives.
- Make new collaborations and develop relationships with key partners, such as universities, schools,

and other institutions.
- Represent the branch in meetings and conferences.
- Monitor and assess changes in the market and develop strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Develop marketing and advertising plans for promotion in coordination with team.
- Plan your day, week, and month in advance and regularly update reporting manager with daily, weekly,

and monthly reports.

**Requirements**:

- Strong business and marketing acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
- Visa Processing: 1 year (preferred)
