**Responsibilities include but does not limit to**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for beneficiaries, understanding their health, nutrition, and other related issues
- Provide telephonic guidance to beneficiaries on accessing nutrition and health services, on nutritious recipes, dietary diversity etc., safety net schemes and preparedness to the caregivers and families of the migrants before, during and after migration and conduct timely follow-up calls
- Mobilize community support & foster collaboration to encourage migrant families to join the program
- Maintain accurate call records for migrant families & relevant calls ensuring a high level of data integrity
- Respond promptly to migrant queries escalating complex cases to technical & research team for immediate attention
- Coordinate communication for interviews, surveys & follow-up with beneficiaries & key stakeholders, ensuring high response rates & efficient collaboration
- Share beneficiary concerns and field-level insights with intervention and evaluation teams to inform project strategies
- Participate with the Technical Team in joint meetings to provide insights, identify gaps to ensure seamless execution of the program intervention
- Ensuring compliance with ethics and regulatory standards for active and planned projects
- Skilled in maintaining positive relationships with team members, the community, government, and other stakeholders.

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Master’s in Social Work / Bachelor's degree in either social science, Nutrition, extension and communication, family and community resource management, Anthropology, from UGC recognized university
- Minimum 1-2 years of counseling experience, either in-person or telephonic, with a strong background in supportive communication.

- Stakeholder Management: Skilled in maintaining positive relationships with team members, the community, government, and other stakeholders
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of operating digital tablets and computers
- Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills in Gujarati & English.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
