**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models that align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
- Design and implement efficient database structures, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Optimize existing data models for better performance and scalability.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in database design and optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data models into overall system architecture.
- Collaborate with data engineers, database administrators, and other IT professionals to ensure seamless implementation of data models.
- Implement and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the development and documentation of data standards and guidelines.Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, contributing insights to inform data model improvements.
- Create comprehensive documentation for data models, database designs, and related processes.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to project planning, providing accurate time estimates and ensuring timely delivery of data modeling tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Modeler with a focus on data projects.
- Strong proficiency in **data modeling** tools (e.g., ERwin,etc.), Snowflake schema, Logical Model, data warehousing
- In-depth knowledge of database design principles, normalization, and optimization.
- Familiarity with various database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with data governance practices and frameworks.
- Project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies. Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
