One must have thorough knowledge about hair products in the market, complete technical knowledge about different techniques of haircutting, chemical treatments, hair and scalp concerns, hair colouring techniques, Updo’s, hair styling, etc. One must have complete theoretical and practical knowledge about hair dressing. Hair instructor should have good communication skills.
- Job responsibilities
- Providing practical and theoretical training to the students at the academy regarding different courses.
- Team handling and Team management
- Taking Daily reporting
- Conduct periodical technical evaluation of staff
- Take interviews when hiring hairstylist
- Visit different branches pan India and analyse the work of the staff
- Coordinate between staff and external training coordinators
- Research about new products in the market
- Provide resolution to any client issues at the salons
- Eligibility - Any person having 5 years + as a hairstylist.
