Job Description:
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Affiliate Marketer to join our team at Alpha Delving. As an Affiliate Marketer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and increasing enrollment by effectively promoting our training programs through various online and offline channels. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with affiliates, devising strategic marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our affiliate program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive enrollment and revenue growth for our training programs.
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates, including bloggers, influencers, and industry professionals, to join our affiliate program.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate marketing initiatives with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging affiliate marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Regularly communicate with affiliates to provide updates on new programs, promotions, and incentives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliates and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using analytics tools to track and interpret performance data.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for education and a commitment to promoting lifelong learning opportunities.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
