PCR, RT-PCR, Cloning, screening, transformation, gene integration, heterologous expression, SDS-PAGE, enzyme assay, data
analysis and documentation.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- 1-4 Years Preferable
- Cloning and expression of homologous/heterologous proteins in yeast (Pichia pastoris) system
- Knowhow on yeast (Pichia pastoris) system
- Academic : M.Sc/ M.Tech
- Specialization: Molecular biologist/ Microbiologist

**Salary**: ₹220,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sunmagnetica,Louiswadi, Thane - 400604, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
