**Job Title**: French Language Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Training Sessions**:

- Deliver French language lessons tailored to individual or group needs.
- Focus on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Use innovative teaching techniques and multimedia resources to enhance learning.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and update lesson plans, training materials, and exercises.
- Incorporate French culture, traditions, and history into lessons to provide a holistic understanding of the language.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Assess students' language proficiency through tests, assignments, and interactive activities.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- **Customized Training**:

- Adapt lessons for different purposes such as business communication, travel, or academic goals.
- Offer one-on-one coaching or group sessions based on requirements.
- **Maintain Engagement**:

- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Use engaging methods such as role-playing, storytelling, and group discussions.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Track students’ progress and maintain detailed records.
- Prepare and deliver periodic progress reports to students or stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A degree in French, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. Certification in teaching French as a foreign language (e.g., DELF/DALF, FLE) is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in teaching French to non-native speakers.
- **Language Proficiency**: Native-level fluency or equivalent in French. Proficiency in English or the local language is advantageous.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Teams) and language learning tools.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.
- Patience, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
