**Job Summary**:
The Client Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely payment collection, and providing exceptional customer service. This individual will act as a liaison between our clients and our company, ensuring that financial transactions run smoothly while maintaining strong, positive client relationships. The role demands advanced proficiency in Excel, high-level technical skills, and strong customer service. Familiarity with Indian financial systems, such as Tally and GST compliance, is essential.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Payment Collection**: Ensure timely collection of payments from clients, track outstanding balances, and follow up consistently to meet company financial goals.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as the primary point of contact for any inquiries or concerns related to payment or services.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts by identifying and addressing client needs, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
- **Account Reconciliation**: Regularly monitor and reconcile client accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and payment records.
- **Excel & Technology Proficiency**: Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) to manage and analyze financial data, generate reports, and track performance.
- **Tally ERP & Accounting Software**: Use Tally ERP for managing and tracking payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records. Ensure compliance with Indian financial and tax regulations.
- **GST & Taxation Compliance**: Manage invoices and payments in alignment with GST regulations, ensuring proper filing and adherence to Indian taxation rules.
- **Customer Service**: Provide prompt and effective customer service to clients, resolving issues related to payments, account discrepancies, or service delivery.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on payment collections, client performance, and any issues affecting the payment process, sharing insights with senior management.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all client interactions, payments, and processes comply with company policies and relevant Indian financial regulations.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience in client relationship management, payment collection, or sales.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and ensure client satisfaction.
- Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (including formulas, data analysis, and automation tools).
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP** for accounting, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Familiarity with **GST**, **TDS**, and other Indian taxation rules.
- Highly tech-savvy, comfortable working with CRM systems, accounting software, and other digital tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Prior experience in the têxtile industry or manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with financial software or ERP systems.
- Experience with B2B sales and payment collections.
