**Tally Management**

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update financial data in Tally ERP 9/Tally Prime.
- Generate reports such as P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Create and manage inventory records, ensuring accurate stock entry for jewelry products.

**Accounting Tasks**
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including sales, purchases, and payment entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Process employee payroll and maintain salary records.

**Taxation & Compliance**
- Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory tax compliance.
- Assist in audits and ensure timely submissions of financial statements.
- **Customer and Vendor Coordination**:

- Manage accounts with vendors and customers, including ledger reconciliations.
- Address queries related to financial transactions and invoicing.

**Financial Analysis**
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in accounting with expertise in Tally ERP 9/Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the jewelry industry or similar retail sectors.
- Familiarity with inventory management and stock maintenance for luxury products.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
