**IT Recruiter (Full time-WFH)**

**Responsibilities**

As an IT Recruiter, you'll need to:

- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes based on desired skills and experience through various job portals or else internal reference
- Coordinating with interview-panel for telephone, Skype, and personal interviews
- Developing customised sourcing strategies for each mandate in terms of talent pool generation
- Sourcing the profiles through job portals & social networking sites like LinkedIn, Facebook
- Working on employee engagement activities
- Taking care of the onboarding of new employees

**Experience**: 1 year of experience

**Notice Period**: Immediate to 15 Days

**Qualification**: MBA
