We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barista / All-Rounder to join our team. As a Barista / All-Rounder, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, Pizza, Pasta, Burger, Sandwich, Continental, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various tasks within the café or coffee shop environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the café, including cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sanitizing work areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash and operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions.
- Stock and replenish inventory as needed, including food items, coffee beans, and supplies.
- Assist with food preparation, such as assembling sandwiches, salads, and pastries.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and beverage preparation.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be legally eligible to work in [insert country/location].
- Food handling certification (e.g., Food Handler's Permit) may be required.

**Salary**: ₹11,085.05 - ₹27,168.96 per month
