**Job Summary**: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team in the distributor office. This individual will be responsible for managing sales orders, generating bills, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. The role requires strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect and process sales orders from the sales team, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the system.
- Generate and print bills/invoices based on sales orders and ensure they are correctly formatted.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions, invoices, and payments in the system.
- Monitor and track the status of pending orders, ensuring proper follow-up with the sales team and customers.
- Ensure all billing information is up-to-date and accurate, making corrections when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and order summaries as required by the management team.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure that the billing aligns with the delivery and stock inventory.
- Provide assistance to the sales team and other departments regarding order processing or billing queries.
- Perform regular data entry tasks, including updating customer records and order details.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to order processing and record-keeping.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in business or related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in computer-based order processing or administrative roles (preferably in a distributor or retail environment).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with order management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or billing procedures is an advantage.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience with distributor management or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of invoicing systems or accounting software.
- Experience in maintaining customer and sales records.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry office supplies (occasionally).
