Job description

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product
- Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product
- Understanding customers' requirements by asking questions and closing the deal
- Keeping the customer database maintained and updated
- Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- **Educational Qualifications: Any Degree**
- **Industry**:Automobile [2 wheeler preferred], Hospitality, Finance/ Insurance, Retail, Communications
- **Minimum experience: 1** year preferably in Automobile/customer relationship roles/ Freshers can also apply
- **Profile**:Strong focus on customer experience management, adherence to processes and norms
- **Competencies**:

- Customer Relationship Management
- Product Knowledge / Brand Insights
- Analytical Skill.
