**Executive Assistant : Female**
**Location: Versova, Andheri**
**Experience : 1+Year**
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the executives' schedules, including
arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
2. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between executives and
correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
3. Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take
accurate minutes. Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, conferences, and
events.
4. Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights,
accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and
adherence to company policies.
5. Document Preparation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other
documents as requested by the executives.
6. Office Management: Oversee the executive office, including maintaining supplies,
organizing filing systems, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
7. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and
maintain a high level of confidentiality.
8. Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve administrative issues before they arise,
demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
