As the Client Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our international voice process and ensuring the seamless delivery of technical support services to our esteemed clients. Reporting directly to the Senior HRIS Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals and collaborate closely with various cross-functional departments to guarantee exceptional client support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of technical support services to our clients, resolving issues promptly and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to the technical support team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor team performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Experience with business process management

**Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum of 2 years team handling experience.
- Bachelor's degree or above in any relevant field.
