**Qualification**: Bachelor, PGDCA

To accurately weigh and record all materials received into the factory and all dispatches out of the factory and ensure compliance with the set weight tolerances, internal controls and safety requirements.

Ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation, cash sales management and record keeping.

Using a two-way radio for communication to co-ordinate all trucks and loading points.

Coordinating and scheduling the delivery of Material.

Generating customer invoices, statements, purchase orders and supplier payments.

Maintaining databases and spreadsheets as required.

Assisting with general administrative duties.

Checking and Logging Drivers Details as they come in and out of the site.

Completing inspection sheet.

Updating records on Computer system.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
