**Position: - Pharma Tele caller**

**Location**: - **Patna**

**Responsibilities: -**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies.
- Promote and explain pharmaceutical products and services clearly and accurately.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, usage, and pricing.
- Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs,
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Handle any complaints or concerns effectively and professionally.

**Skills and Qualifications: -**
- Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of hind & English.
- A background in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field is an advantage.

**Benefits**:
Annual Salary: 180000 to 200000.
