We are seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in the telecom industry. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our telecom products and services over the phone. Your primary objective is to meet or exceed sales targets, contribute to revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our telecom products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our telecom offerings, pricing plans, and features to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and targets through a combination of outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead generation.
- Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable solutions. - Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and prospects, ensuring they meet the criteria for our telecom services.
- Sales Documentation: Accurately record sales-related information in our CRM system and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and pricing to effectively position our offerings.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sale support, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business or a related field is a plus).
