Junior Officer

**KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To oversee, study and implement the planned activities for the entire development process of new products and programs within an organization.
- Analyze and collect the data regarding the process on miniature scale before submitting for commercial manufacturing.
- To keep track and record in form of documentations, of new development from the initial planning phase to implementation or production.
- Co-ordinate and sharing knowledge with technical services team on developing new process for products.
- Continously monitoring the ongoing processes and analyzing the data generated to the superiors.
- To keep updated the equipment’s and process related documentations as per ISO standards.
- To keep record updated regarding the old as well as new processes and produce them when required for analysing.
- Report the analyzed data to the superiors and implement the changes suggested in the processes.
- Supervise the activities carried by operators, trainees, helpers and housekeeping people.
- To support the department to develop a sustainable production process.
