We have an exciting opportunity for a Workday Integration Architect. This position is based in Vadodara, Gujrat.

**Responsibilities**:

- Owning the design of complex Human Resource (HR) information system landscape between Workday, SAP, Payroll, Time System, Active Directory, Cornerstone, S4Hana, and more.
- Administer day-to-day production support issues.
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders like IT/Finance/Third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
- Ensure tickets are resolved as per the SLA.
- Serve as a technical architect in designing technical solutions as it relates to Workday.
- Build integrations using Workday integration tools - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, Workday Report Writer, DTS, and APIs.
- Partner closely with internal IT team/external vendors in building integration solutions using other technologies like RaaS, SFTP, and Mobile.
- Manage Integration security - deep understanding of Workday security and implement best practices that are aligned with compliance and audit needs.
- Serve as SME for all Workday integration technologies.
- Build basic custom reports relating multiple objects and including data transformations with standard Workday reporting functionality (ex: Report Writer, Workday Studio, Calculated Fields).
- Establish integration governance to manage overall integration support - enhancement request, prioritization process, build, test, and deploy.
- Ensure the software development life cycle is implemented across all integration development efforts.
- Ensure governance is aligned with an overall Workday roadmap. Maintain and create technical specifications for all existing/new integrations.
- Lead testing efforts - prepare test scripts, thorough unit testing, and facilitate UAT across all functional teams.
- Active participation on Workday upgrade - ensure new features and functionalities are reviewed, tested, and implemented. Innovate new technologies with a continuous improvement mindset to gain efficiency.
- Guide and manage support team along operational tasks like incident and Change Request management.

Your background
- 3+ years experience in integrating Workday.
- Participated in an implementation leading and/or heavily supporting the integrations workstream.
- Workday integrations experience specifically around core Connectors, WECI, PECI, Workday Studio, API/CPI, XML, Enterprise Builder EIB.
- Good working knowledge of RaaS, Web Services and Web technologies, SOAP-based web services, REST, XML and XSLT, BIRT, and Middleware.
- Experience with Azure services and SSO is a plus.
- Workday Integration Certification including Pro track.
- Knowledge of all phases of the system development lifecycle, including production support.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
