Front Desk Associate

**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Should be always presentable.**
- Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Manage visitor sign-in and maintain security protocols.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with other departments (HR, Admin, Facilities, etc.) for smooth operations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Address and resolve inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person/department.
**Requirements & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Associate, Receptionist, or in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
**Work Conditions**
- Location: MG Road, Bangalore
- Working Hours: 9:30 to 6:00(Monday to Saturday)
- Reports To: DGM - HR & Admin
