**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer and maintain **Instana (SaaS and On-Prem)**environments, including configuration, upgrades, agent management, and troubleshooting.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- **10+ years**of hands-on experience in **IT Infrastructure Monitoring/Observability**, including **2-3 years with Instana**.
- Expertise in **Instana setup, administration, and troubleshooting**(both SaaS and On-Premise).
- Strong experience with **Linux system administration**:

- Deep understanding of **container orchestration**, especially **Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes**.
- Working knowledge of **cloud platforms**:

- Experience with scripting languages like **Shell, Python, or Ansible**.
