The Business Development Tele sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales and building relationships with potential clients over the phone. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting real estate services, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Outreach: Contact potential clients to introduce real estate services and products using scripts.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads to tailor offerings to client needs.
Sales Promotion: Present and promote real estate properties and services to prospective clients.
Customer Engagement: Answer questions about products, services, and the company, addressing any concerns or doubts.
Sales Closure: Persuade clients to purchase by demonstrating how the properties meet their needs.
Database Management: Enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
Order Processing: Take and process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
Relationship Building: Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients.
Performance Tracking: Keep records of calls, sales, and useful information in databases.
Complaint Handling: Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
**Qualifications**:
Education: High school diploma; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and telephone systems.
