**Job description**:

- Evaluate and enhance existing global enterprise security programs for RIA
- Implementing a global risk management program to manage internal, external clients and 3rd party vendor risks
- Put systems and processes in place to identify, report and control security incidents
- Raise security awareness of all staff at RIA - communicate continuously
- Monitor threats and take preventative measures
- Manage certification programs like ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, PCI, HIPAA, HI Trust, NIST etc.
- Develop a state-of-the-art security architecture for a cloud company
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding security matters (clients, auditors, sales, partners, investors etc.)

**Personal Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to work with multiple groups within the company
- Ability to work with vendors to outsource work and get it done

**Experience**:

- 15 years or more in IT Consulting or Product organizations
- At least 5 years in a security management role
- Hands-on knowledge and understanding of the latest security trends and practices
- Prior experience of working as a CISO in a midsize company is preferred
- Health Care, Public Sector and/or Financial Services domain knowledge preferred
- Understanding of complex enterprise systems preferred
