**Position**: Community Building Intern

**About the Role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated **Community Building Intern** with a deep understanding of online community platforms like **Quora** and **Reddit**. As a key player in our community outreach, you will be responsible for building, engaging, and growing our brand’s presence on these platforms. You will be working closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure we provide value and engage effectively with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quora & Reddit Strategy**: Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage with target audiences on Quora and Reddit, driving brand awareness and fostering meaningful discussions.
- **Content Contribution**: Regularly participate in relevant Quora threads and Reddit communities by answering questions, sharing insightful posts, and creating value-added content that aligns with the brand’s voice.
- **Community Engagement**: Build relationships with community members, influencers, and moderators to increase visibility and credibility on these platforms.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**: Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., upvotes, engagement rate, follower growth) and provide regular feedback to improve strategy.
- **Trend Spotting**: Identify trending topics and emerging discussions on Quora and Reddit that the brand can participate in to stay relevant.
- **Content Curation**: Collaborate with the content team to repurpose blog posts, articles, and other resources for Quora and Reddit audiences.
- **Brand Advocacy**: Promote the company’s values, mission, and services organically within the communities to drive trust and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of Quora and Reddit with experience participating in discussions and growing accounts.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Ability to research and provide thoughtful, in-depth responses to questions and discussions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Experience with community management or building online engagement is a plus.
- Interest in digital marketing, community management, and online brand growth.

**Skills**:

- Expertise in Quora and Reddit, including community guidelines, best practices, and etiquette.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Analytical skills to track and report on performance metrics.
- Creativity in contributing to discussions and making content engaging.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
