**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging Marathi language lessons in line with curriculum standards.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, composition, reading comprehension, and oral communication.
- Incorporate Marathi literature, culture, and traditions into the curriculum.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and co-curricular Marathi activities.
- Stay updated with educational trends and curriculum changes in language teaching.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marathi / Literature / Education (B.Ed. preferred).
- Proven experience teaching Marathi (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent command over Marathi grammar, vocabulary, and literature.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to use technology for online teaching (if applicable).
- Passion for teaching and regional language promotion.

- Experience in curriculum design or textbook development.
- Exposure to CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
- Familiarity with digital tools for teaching (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
