**Responsibilities**:

- Detail and document current technology costs for comparison.
- Forecast costs for transformation projects across three horizons.
- Develop fully-costed business cases within an 8-10 week period.
- Advise on financial models for cost optimization and simplification.
- Provide detailed and executive-level reporting for business case options.

**Requirements**:

- 8-12 years of experience in Technology Finance.
- Proficiency in handling Capex and Opex, lease versus buy, and vendor contracts.
- Strong understanding of technology products, services, and cost components.
- Extensive experience in on-premises versus cloud cost analysis.
- Expertise in financial modeling and formulae using Excel.
- Ability to provide detailed reporting in PowerPoint and other graphical representations.
