**Designation**: Purchase Executive

**Location**: - New Delhi

**Salary**: 20- 35K

**Experience**: - Professional experience of 1-2 years in procurement role preferable

**Gender Preference**: Both

**Qualification**: Graduate KRA
Purchase Executive Sourcing
- Lead generation of new vendors
- through internet research, directories, references and other

suitable means
- Calling new vendors to understand their profile and maintaining a proper database of these vendors
- In-depth research of new products as per client’s demand and subsequently finding sources for the

supply of product

Daily Purchase Activities
- Fetch quotation from vendor partners (minimum 3) based on queries given by sales team
- Check material/stock availability with the vendor partners on a daily basis
- Draft and send purchase orders to respective vendors for the fulfilment of sales orders received
- Maintain the PO data on the internal tracker for the reference of the dispatch team
- Maintaining product-specific live price sheet for sales team

- Graduation/Post graduate
- Industry specific knowledge is an add on
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Agility and openness to learn new things
