Job Summary: As a Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers or designated locations. Your primary objective will be to transport items securely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by representing the company positively during interactions with clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Plan delivery routes and follow them to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

Load and unload goods from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.

Verify the accuracy of delivery orders before leaving the office.

Communicate with customers to confirm delivery addresses, provide estimated delivery times, and handle delivery-related inquiries.

Collect and process payments, if necessary, and issue receipts upon delivery.

Report any incidents or accidents to the supervisor immediately and follow the company's protocols for such situations.

Collaborate with the office team to ensure the accurate picking and packing of delivery orders.

Maintain delivery logs and complete necessary paperwork or digital documentation.

Provide feedback to the company regarding customer preferences and experiences to improve services.

Follow company policies and procedures at all times, including those related to safety and delivery protocols.

**Requirements**:
Prior experience in delivery.

Good knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods, as well as the ability to use navigation apps and GPS systems effectively.

Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interaction.

Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages of various weights.

Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing delivery schedules.

Reliability and punctuality to meet delivery deadlines consistently.

High school diploma or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
